Casa Branco uses no cookies, has no forms and runs no traffic analytics. Visiting these pages creates no record about you.

The fonts and the images are served from this site. Your browser makes no requests to third-party servers while you read these pages.

When you contact us

If you call or write on WhatsApp, we end up with your number and with whatever you tell us. We use it only to reply and to organise your stay. We share it with nobody and we send no marketing.

We keep it for as long as it is needed to deal with your request and to meet the legal obligations of a licensed short-stay rental.

When you book

The booking is made on Booking.com, not on this site. The data you enter there is handled by Booking.com under their own privacy policy. From them we receive only what we need to prepare and provide the stay.

As a licensed short-stay rental, we are required by Portuguese law to report the identification details of foreign guests to the authorities.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to show you, correct or delete whatever data we hold about you. Call or write to the contact in the footer.

If you believe your data has not been handled properly, you can complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the CNPD, at cnpd.pt.
